When Does the Cherry Blossom Bloom in the US?
TLDR: In the Spring!
As a child, most of our family vacations were road trips that were based around wild horses, seeing stuff bloom, and checking out historical sites. On the inside of our house, we had lots of earthy home decor, but in the summer—you could catch us outside with the earthly things.
Planning a trip loosely based around the annual spring-time Cherry blossom bloom is right up my alley.
For this guide on cherry blossoms, we took our American road-trip knowledge
+ the USDA Plant Hardiness Map and split the US up into sections loosely based on both.
